Jericho closed

Below is a prayer request I received from fellow evangelist Terry McIntosh. Terry has lived and worked in the West Bank. His ministry has led over 200 Palestinians to Christ. What I like about Terry is his heart for souls and his deep respect for human life, regardless of what side someone finds themselves on in the Israeli/Palestinian divide.

Checkpoints in and out of Jericho and other West Bank cities are closed as Israel celebrates Purim, which began on Tuesday evening. Reports indicate that Israel security expects an attack during the festival and have called thousands of reserve soldiers to duty. If prayer does make a difference – and it does – God forbid the sensless loss of life to both Jews and Arabs.

Let’s pray!
